ABOUT
What's in a story? Values, emotions, reflections, a dash of remorse, a pint of hope and so much more! Stories are what make us and what we make of them. A passionate storyteller, an avid reader, an astute observer and a strategic thinker; words that ring hollow without a story. Want to know my story? Read on...
For as long as I remember, working with people to help them, was my calling. A graduate degree in Sociology and a Masters in Social Work was a natural progression. Decisions, strengthened by volunteering with small local NGOs. The writing was a catharsis; an output to capture the turbulence of teenage proclivities and heartbreaks (mostly).

But then travel happened. To the forked lines of countries divided and to homes built on losses and apathy. To brutal realities of violence as an outcome of gender and identity, to forest-dwelling communities attempting to co-exit. To individuals attempting to survive in the face of natural and man-made disasters. My tryst with writing was soon cemented to a passion for non-profits storytelling.
I have written numerous human interest stories and articles featured internationally. Read my stories here.
